We spent 12 nights at the hotel and had a wonderful experience overall. The rooms were spotless and the beds were extremely comfortable, which made our stay feel like home. The breakfast each morning was excellent and the staff, especially Helmut, were very accommodating. Our shuttle driver was very helpful, taking us to the train station and picking us up after our trip to Copper Canyon. Overall, it was a great experience, though it would have been nice to have a bit more local entertainment in the evenings.
